French Fries
Fish Crisp Original or Cajun Style
Corn or Vegetable oil
¼ cup soy sauce
Thaw deer steaks and cut in ¼”
strips, the size of French fries.
Place in bowl with soy sauce, cover
and place in fridge for approximately 2 hours.
Remove and coat in Fish Crisp,
your choice of flavour.
Fry in ¼ “of oil at
375 F for about 3 minutes, turning to brown all
sides evenly
Drain on paper towel.
Eat with your fingers, with or
without dip of your choice!
