Crisp Gravy – The best gravy you’ve
ever tasted!
Mix 4 tablespoons of Fish Crisp,
any flavour, with ¼ cup of cold milk or water
until lumps are gone.
Add pan drippings or 3 heaping
tablespoons of butter to hot pan.
Add Fish Crisp mixture and
1 ½ cups of hot stock, water or milk and
cook until gravy boils for approximately 1 minute.
