| Fish
Patties
Peel and boil 3 large potatoes,
then mash and let cool.
In separate bowl, blend 1 can of
salmon or tuna with 1 egg and chopped onion. Sprinkle
1 teaspoon of Fish Crisp Original and blend in as
a binder.
Combine potatoes with the fish
mixture, and then make into patties. Roll patties
in your favourite Fish Crisp flavour until completely
coated.
Deep fry or pan fry until golden
brown.
Variation: Use left over
cooked fish or bake or boil your days catch. You
can adjust the amount of fish or potatoes used to
your personal taste.
