Crisp Basic - Ideal for large or oily fish
1 Large Fish
Fish Crisp Original
Eggs
Lemon
Butter
Cut large fish into 1 “steaks
or fillets and cut into 4” portions.
Dip pieces in egg, then coat with
Fish Crisp Original.
Melt a healthy portion of butter
in a large frying pan at medium heat.
Place fish pieces in pan and brown
each side for 2 minutes.
Remove from pan and place on a
rack.
Place in a pre heated over at 375
F or 180 C and cook for 20 minutes until fish flakes
with a gentle tough.
Sprinkle fish with lemon and enjoy.
