Pork Chops
Moisten pork chops in milk, then
coat with Fish Crisp Cajun Style.
Cover bottom of frying pan with
oil and brown each side of chop for 1 minute over
med-high heat.
Reduce heat to medium and partially
cover fry pan. Cook each side for approximately
5 minutes.
Variation: For extra spicy chops,
try coating them again in Cajun Style Fish Crisp.
Simply re-moisten in milk and give a second coating
of Fish Crisp.
If you find Cajun Style Fish Crisp
a bit too hot, blend in an equal amount of Fish
Crisp Original Flavour.
